How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 days and arrive within 3 - 7 days. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number once your order is on the way.

What does a gift card offer?
Give the gift of Green Ostrich to people who want to become more eco-friendly and make changes to their lives, without making sacrifices to their lifestyle. When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email from Green Ostrich with a unique special code entitling the bearer to the amount of the gift card. Simply forward it on to the recipient. Green Ostrich gift cards make terrific green gifts; they require no manufacturing, packaging, or shipping.

What forms of payment may I use?

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We use the latest software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information. Additionally, we do not store your credit card number or information. Information access is restricted within our office to the last 4 numbers of your credit card only.

How are products shipped?
Items are shipped via UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or FedEx. We will deliver to P.O. boxes via USPS, but we need a full street address for all other orders. A phone number is required for all orders.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes.

How do you calculate shipping? What will it cost?
All shipping is $5.00 per shipment in the United States and $20 per shipment outside the United States.

How do you calculate sales tax?
We must add sales tax for merchandise and shipping on orders delivered within Pennsylvania. When you place an order on our web site, our computer system will add 7.00% sales tax if shipped to a Pennsylvania address.
